After years of practice I’ve realised that we require a multifaceted and holistic approach to get where we want.

In the world of mental health there’s often a focus on medication. While this can certainly be helpful, it’s definitely not the only option.

Hi, my name is Dr Gaveeta Chiba. As a traditionally trained, holistic minded psychiatrist, I team up with you to customise a wellness plan that will get you the most long-lasting results. I will not be the best option if you want a quick fix or if you're not willing to do your part in the healing.
