This is an individual programme called Brain, Beauty and Bliss Bonanza.
This is for you if you have Depression, Anxiety or a mental illness or chronic stress and you wish to feel better and live a healthier, happier life.
The programme focusses on 3 areas:
Brain – here we work on mood, memory and motivation. We attend to how you are feeling, and how the other symptoms of depression or illness such as sleep disturbances, appetite changes, tiredness, loss of concentration, forgetfulness and lack of drive affect your daily life.
Beauty –this is not just about how you look on the outside, it’s about whether your body is working beautifully on the inside too. Here the focus is on medication, movement (exercise), meals and sleep.
Bliss – this is where you are introduced to mindfulness techniques that can be applied in daily life. These will allow you to be present and engaged in your life with fuller attention.
How often: We meet once a week for an hour. Sessions continue for 4 to 12 weeks depending on your specific wellness plan.
